Roast this coffee to the DARKEST level you serve, and after Drop fill the measured color and tap Map. If you pull samples to cup and analyze while roasting, tap "Sample pulled" at each pull: every measured sample deepens the calibration, and with the Cupper plan your samples feed cupping sessions in the Guide - the path to this coffee's best recipe. Every coffee enters first crack at its own color: for the truest start, drop a small sample at A0 once, measure it ground, and enter it as A0 Agtron.

Open the listener 1-2 minutes before first crack, phone in the same spot near the drum, set Trigger and High-pass once and leave them alone.
